Francisco Vega, Jr.
Founder, President & CEO
Francisco is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong track record in the DC-Metro Hispanic market. He founded the Vega Hispanic Yellow Pages in 1985, leading it successfully until its sale in 2004. With deep experience in marketing, advertising, and business consulting, he has advised numerous Spanish-language publishers in the U.S. and abroad. In 2024, he co-founded N-Expert.ai to bring AI-driven automation tools to small businesses, helping them operate more efficiently and scale faster. His leadership and vision continue to empower Hispanic entrepreneurs.
J. Walter Vera
Co-Founder, Vice-President
Walter is a seasoned technology expert with over 35 years of experience supporting U.S. government agencies, including NASA, USCIS, IRS, and DOD, along with international organizations. He specializes in AI systems, knowledge management, and operational efficiency. A graduate in Math, Physics, and Systems Engineering, he contributed to major projects like the INS redesign and USCIS-ICE integration under the 2003 Homeland Security Act. As Vice President, Walter brings innovation and technical expertise to help small businesses grow through automation.
Juan Vega
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Juan brings over 30 years of experience in marketing, operations, and business growth. As COO of Vega & Associates, he launched the pioneering “Voz Directa” Talking Yellow Pages. Later, as CMO at Day 1 Solutions, he helped shape the Cloud Solutions Provider model—contributing to the company’s success and eventual acquisition by Deloitte. He currently advises startups through Local Digital Works. In 2024, Juan joined N-Expert.ai as CMO, applying his strategic insights to support small business innovation and expand the company’s digital presence and overall reach.
Carlos Cano
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Carlos is an Enterprise and AI Architect with 15+ years of experience designing secure, scalable AI-enabled platforms across AWS and hybrid environments. At N-Expert.ai, he specializes in embedding Generative and Agentic AI responsibly into enterprise workflows. Carlos has led numerous AI-driven transformations, architecting ML pipelines, event-driven systems, and resilient microservices. He bridges strategy and engineering, enabling enterprises to adopt AI confidently through compliance-aware designs, reusable patterns, proven frameworks, and scalable roadmaps.
Taslima Vera
Strategic Advisor Marketing & Operations
Taslima brings a decade of experience in marketing, tech, and consultative sales. Currently Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at Marymount University, she leads AI-powered recruitment strategies and innovative outreach. Previously at Apple and Bloomberg, she managed portfolios and delivered results. She’s an MBA candidate in international business, graduating summa cum laude in 2025. Fluent in Bangla and improving her Spanish, Taslima brings a strong global perspective, supporting research and improving operational efficiency for small businesses everywhere.
Oscar Castro
Developer & Technology Officer
Oscar is a web developer with seven years of experience building websites for small and mid-sized businesses across Peru, Spain, and the U.S. His technical skills include HTML, CSS, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify. He has contributed to digital platforms, including a news site in Washington, D.C. While pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering at Universidad Los Ángeles de Chimbote, he continues to bring innovation, attention to detail, and practical solutions that actively support N-Expert.ai’s mission to automate and elevate small business operations.
